HermesAgentMail provides agent inbox infrastructure: programmable email addresses on hermesagentmail.com, inbound email delivery via signed webhooks, an outbound sending pipeline with human approval controls, a REST API, and an MCP server. It is an operations layer for AI agent email workflows, not a personal email provider.

We may change, improve, or discontinue features over time. Where a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

You may not use HermesAgentMail to send or facilitate:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited email of any kind.
• Phishing, impersonation, or credential collection.
• Malware distribution or links to malicious content.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive content.
• Unlawful automation or any activity that violates applicable law.

Violations result in immediate suspension of outbound sending, and may result in suspension or termination of the workspace. Reserved system addresses (support, billing, abuse, postmaster, admin, noreply, and similar) cannot be claimed by customers, and we maintain a suppression list from bounces and complaints to protect recipients and deliverability.

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe.
• Each plan includes quotas for inboxes and monthly email volume (inbound plus outbound). When a quota is exhausted, the related capability pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade.
• Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and resources above the new plan’s limits may be restricted.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Email delivery depends on third-party networks we do not control, and we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered on time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HermesAgentMail's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You are responsible for the behavior of agents you connect to the service, including the content of messages they draft and send under your approval settings.

You can cancel your subscription and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other customers or recipients, or fail to pay. On termination, stored messages are deleted in accordance with our retention schedule and privacy policy.
